| Description: | Findlay RV added a prestigious award to its portfolio recently when it received the Winnebago Industries Circle of Excellence Award. The company was lauded at the annual Winnebago Industries Dealer Days July 25-28 at the Paris Resort & Casino. Dealer representatives from throughout the United States and Canada attended the event. The award is considered a big achievement, since dealerships are rated on their Customer Service Index (CSI) by customers, who grade the quality of sales, service and parts departments. Input is also given by Winnebago Industries. "We're extremely proud of our employees," said Findlay RV Sales Manager Phil Shumway. "This is a team award." Since 1986, the Circle of Excellence award honors Winnebago Industry dealers in recognition of their excellence in buyer satisfaction. Also receiving the Circle of Excellence Award was Michael Hohl RV in Carson City. Hohl and Findlay Automotive Group President Cliff Findlay are partners in the Findlay RV dealership. During the event, Winnebago Industries introduced its 2005 model lineup that includes 91 floorplans. Thirty-five percent of the floorplans are brand new or redesigned for 2005. "Our annual dealer days event is a great opportunity to meet face to face with our dealer partners," said Winnebago Industries Chairman, CEO and President Bruce Hertzke. "We received very postive feedback during the recent meeting on our new 2005 products, product features and sales and service programs. I'm pleased to report that our dealers appear to be very excited about all the changes we've made for 2005." Findlay RV, which is situated at 4530 Boulder Highway, has enjoyed a 100 percent increase in sales during the first six months of this year compared to the same period one year ago.
